What to Expect
Care designed to help your body settle, adapt and respond.
Our Approach to Care
Â
We don’t rush to chase symptoms.
At Thrival Mode, care begins by looking at how your nervous system has been responding to stress, injury, posture and life demands. From there we see how we can support it in doing better over time.
Our approach is calm and intentional, focused on understanding the root cause of what you’re experiencing rather than simply addressing surface-level discomfort.
Your First Visit
Â
During your initial consultation and evaluation, we spend up to 60 minutes with you.Â
This first visit is intentionally longer so we can:
- Authentically connect with you
- Understand your health concerns and goals
- Take a comprehensive history
- Perform a nervous system–focused evaluation
You will leave your first visit with a clear sense of how we may approach your care and what comes next.
Understanding the Root Cause of Your Symptoms
Â
This first visit in our office is by far the longest.
We want to get to know you, hear what you need, understand what your expectations are and find out how we can best serve you.
By looking deeper than symptoms alone, we can identify underlying factors contributing to what you’re experiencing. This allows us to truly support your body in reaching a higher level of potential.
What This Visit Often Feels Like
Many people tell us they feel:Â
Heard and understood, less rushed than expected & more aware of how their body has been adapting
There is no pressure to commit to care on the first visit.
This appointment is about safety, understanding and trust.
Your Individualized Care Plan
Â
During your second visit, we will:
- Review the findings from your evaluation and assessment
- Explain how those findings relate to your symptoms and goals
- Share an individualized care plan designed specifically for you
If appropriate, your first adjustment may happen during this visit. But only when it makes sense for your body.
WHEN YOU'RE READY
There’s no pressure to commit beyond understanding.
If you’d like to explore how your body has been adapting and what support might look like, your first visit is simply a place to begin.
