ABOUT US

A Different Way of Approaching Health.

Thrival Mode was created from a simple but powerful idea: health is not just the absence of pain it’s the ability to adapt, respond, and live with clarity and resilience.

We believe the body has an incredible capacity to heal and regulate when it’s given the right conditions. Our role is not to force change, but to support the nervous system so the body can do what it’s designed to do more efficiently, more comfortably, and more sustainably.

Thrival Mode is for people seeking a thoughtful, nervous-system focused approach to chiropractic care

Our Vision & Philosophy

To thrive in a community that sustains optimal health.

This means creating care, education and experiences that support resilience individually and collectively so health becomes something lived, not constantly managed.

The nervous system plays a central role in how the body adapts. It influences how we move, rest, recover, think and respond to stress. When the nervous system is under constant strain from physical stress, emotional load, injury or lifestyle demands. The body often shifts into survival patterns. Over time, this can show up as pain, tension, fatigue or a sense of feeling “stuck.”

Our work focuses on understanding how your nervous system is adapting and supporting it in finding more balance, capacity and ease.

Our Chiropractors

Thrival Mode is founded by doctors who value clarity, presence and long-term adaptability.

Dr. Keri

Dr. Keri grew up in Morgantown, West Virginia in a large, active family and was drawn early to movement, sports and human performance. Her undergraduate training in Exercise Science and Athletic Training laid the groundwork for a deeper exploration of how the body functions and heals from within. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in Dallas, Texas.

While her initial interest in chiropractic centered on athletic performance, her perspective expanded through experience. Today, Dr. Keri works with people of all ages and life stages — from children and families, to athletes and adults navigating stress, change or recovery. She understands that when the nervous system functions well, people can more easily show up with energy, kindness and resilience in their lives and in their communities.

She is an ELDOA® certified Trainer (Levels 1, 2, 3 & 4) reflecting advanced training in precise, segment-specific spinal decompression and nervous-system–aware movement.

Outside the office, Dr. Keri enjoys the outdoors with her family, many forms of movement, basketball and moments that invite creativity, reflection and connection.

Dr. Kevin

Dr. Kevin’s interest in chiropractic began early, shaped by his own experiences as a patient during high school athletics in Steamboat Springs. Those experiences sparked a deep appreciation for how supportive care can influence confidence, recovery, and overall well-being.

He studied Sustainability at Colorado Mountain College before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Kevin has trained in a variety of clinical environments, including practices in Illinois, Colorado, and at a Naval Air Station in California. He values meaningful connection and takes pride in meeting people where they are, supporting them through thoughtful, attentive care.

Outside the office, Dr. Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors snowboarding, mountain biking, exploring the mountains, and staying connected to the Steamboat community he calls home.
