Today’s exercises build on the low back work you’ve already been doing by improving strength, stability, and mobility through the hips, legs, and core. This set helps build better control during everyday movements like squatting, stepping, and bending while also reducing tightness through the front of the thighs and surrounding connective tissue. The goal is to help the low back feel more supported by improving how the hips and legs share movement and load.
