Creating Better Knee Mobility

Demonstrations for foam rolling : glutes, IT Band, quads, and calves. As well as using a yoga ball for the calves and bottom of the foot. Breaking up adhesions and getting fascia moving better will lead to longevity for your knees.

Equipment Needed
  • Foam roller
  • Yoga ball or massage ball
