Hip Flexor Stretches

These exercises help stretch the hip flexors, which are the muscles in the front of the hips that can become tight from sitting, posture changes, or low back compensation. When these muscles are tight, they can pull the pelvis forward and make the low back work harder, which may contribute to low back or pelvic discomfort.
