Lumbar Denneroll

The lumbar Denneroll is used to help support the natural curve of the low back and encourage better alignment through the lumbar spine and pelvis. When used consistently as part of your chiropractic care plan, it may help reduce stiffness, improve mobility, decrease postural stress from sitting or rounded posture, and support correction of spinal subluxations by helping the low back hold improved positioning between visits. It should feel like mild pressure or a gentle stretch, not sharp pain, and should be used only as instructed by your provider.
