Ankle Mobility and Strength Exercises
These exercises are designed to help improve ankle mobility, reduce stiffness, and build strength and stability in the foot and ankle. Move gently and work within your body’s tolerance, especially if the injury is recent or still sensitive.
Equipment Needed
- Yoga ball or massage ball
- Thera Band
