Shoulder stretches and mobility movements
These exercises help improve shoulder mobility, open up the chest, and move the shoulder joint through a fuller range of motion. Tight pec muscles can pull the shoulders forward, which can limit shoulder movement and contribute to discomfort or stiffness.
