MCKENZIE METHOD – NECK

This exercise is used to increase extension in the neck and upper back.

It helps improve curvature, support disc health, and keep joints moving properly.

We spend a lot of time looking down (phones, computers), so this helps bring movement in the opposite direction.

  • Bed, table or wall
