Belly Rolling at Home
This exercise uses a soft ball to gently roll through the abdominal area, helping release tension through the abdomen, hip flexors, and diaphragm. You’ll be working between the pubic bone at the front of the pelvis and the bottom of the ribs where the diaphragm sits.
Equipment Needed
- Soft Rolling Ball (About 8")
